Young Devyn was born and raised in the East New York section of Brooklyn, NY to Trinidadian parents. At the age of 8, she began composing, singing and recording Soca music, eventually performing and selling out her own shows and touring with the likes of Soca music legends Machel Montano and Bunji Garlin. 11 years later, the 19-year-old phenom has evolved into a Hip-Hop & R&B artist; An elite MC and hybrid vocalist with a compelling delivery, profound lyrics, effortless flows and infectious melodies who also injects her own signature Caribbean flavor.
